Nutrition data has a self-service control
If you only want to remove Nutrition information, authenticated Nutrition customers can use Nutrition Data Controls. That removes Nutrition intake, plans, completion logs, check-ins, supplement choices, and safety fields. It does not remove training plans, workout logs, cardio logs, account information, purchase records, or other account data.
Full account and data request
To request a review, email team@reprise.madethis.app from the email used for your account with the subject “RepRise account and data deletion request.”
What the request covers
State whether you are requesting deletion of your account profile, training plans, workout logs, cardio logs, progress history, private media, and/or Nutrition data. RepRise will review the request and explain which records can be deleted and which payment, security, fraud-prevention, or legally required operational records may need to be retained. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or sensitive health information by email.
