General fitness guidance
Nutrition & Supplement Safety
Last updated: August 12, 2026
What RepRise provides
RepRise Nutrition provides general fitness-oriented education, meal structure, starting calorie and macro estimates, and optional general-fitness supplement information. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, manage prescription medication, provide medical nutrition therapy, or replace individualized medical or dietetic care.
Optional supplement guidance
Supplements are optional. Food preferences, meal structure, hydration, sleep, and training remain useful without them. RepRise does not recommend prescription medication, controlled substances, anabolic steroids, SARMs, insulin, thyroid medication, growth hormone, clenbuterol, prescription weight-loss therapies, or prescription hormone therapies.
Safety screening
Before optional supplement suggestions are enabled, RepRise asks about prescription medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding, clinician restrictions, kidney, liver, or cardiovascular concerns, allergies, multiple current supplements, and other concerns. A flagged response keeps general fitness and Nutrition features available while automated supplement guidance remains off and a medical-review notice is shown.
Use care
Check food and supplement labels for ingredients, allergens, certifications, and duplicate ingredients. Supplements can interact with medications and medical conditions. Individual needs differ, so seek appropriate professional care for concerns, symptoms, pregnancy, breastfeeding, a diagnosed condition, medication questions, or a history that could make calorie or supplement changes unsafe.
