Our approach
We review purchase problems fairly and in context. Built Different is a one-time digital purchase, and Nutrition is a separate one-time digital upgrade. A refund is not automatic, but we will investigate issues involving duplicate or incorrect charges, access, or delivery.
Charges, access, and delivery problems
If you were charged more than once, charged in error, paid but cannot access your purchased plan after reasonable troubleshooting, or did not receive the purchased digital content, contact us for a review. Where the issue cannot be corrected, we can review a correction or refund. Please do not submit a second order to solve an access issue before contacting support.
Before your plan is generated
If you request a refund before your personalized training or Nutrition plan has been generated or delivered, we can review the request for a refund. Approval depends on the purchase record and the circumstances of the request.
After personalized content is delivered
Once a personalized training plan or Nutrition plan has been generated or delivered, it is normally non-refundable because custom digital content has been provided. We may still correct unresolved access or delivery errors, and we honor any rights that apply under law.
Nutrition purchases
The optional Nutrition upgrade follows the same custom digital-content approach. Requests made before the Nutrition plan is generated can be reviewed. After it has been generated or delivered, it is normally non-refundable except for unresolved access or delivery issues or where required by law.
How to request a review
Email team@reprise.madethis.app from the email used at checkout. Include your order reference if you have one, the product purchased, the date of purchase, and a short description of the problem. We review requests promptly, may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps, and will explain the next step by email. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or sensitive health information.
No Membership charges today
Membership is coming soon. Your $29 one-time Built Different purchase is a one-time payment and will never automatically become a subscription. There is no Membership charge to cancel or refund today.
