What RepRise collects
RepRise collects the account and fitness details you choose to provide for your challenge, including training preferences, workout and cardio logs, weekly check-ins, and optional private progress media. If you purchase Nutrition, it can also include the information you provide for that optional experience, such as food preferences and Nutrition check-ins.
How it is used
We use your information to provide your account, personalize your training and optional Nutrition experience, support purchases, protect the service, and respond to requests. Checkout is hosted securely and payment-card details are not collected directly on the RepRise website.
Your controls
Progress data is private by default. Authenticated Nutrition customers can remove eligible Nutrition information through Nutrition Data Controls. For a full account and data deletion request, use Delete My Account & Data or email team@reprise.madethis.app from your account address.
Sharing and retention
RepRise does not sell customer data. Trusted service providers may process information when needed to operate checkout, accounts, support, security, and required records. Some payment and operational records may need to be retained even after a deletion request; we will explain this during the review.
